Daytona International Speedway went quiet on Monday and Tuesday. No on-track action.
But with the flurry of activity coming Wednesday through Sunday (Jan. 21-25), everyone probably needed those two days to rest and prepare.
Rolex 24 week has arrived. The 64th endurance classic will span 24 hours, from 1:40 p.m. Saturday to 1:40 p.m. Sunday. Drivers will turn several hundred laps around the 3.56-mile road course.

Before then, get set for a whole lot of practice, qualifying and other races — from the Mazda MX-5 Cup races to the BMW M Endurance Challenge and Historic Sportscar event.
Here’s a look at the full slate.
Wednesday schedule: Mazda, Michelin Pilot Challenge practice
Thursday schedule: 1st Mazda MX-5 Cup race and Rolex 24 qualifying
Friday schedule: 2nd Mazda MX-5 Cup race and BMW Endurance Challenge
Saturday schedule: Rolex 24 start time
Sunday schedule: Rolex 24 end time
