The University of Florida’s 2025 Fall Plant Sale kicked off at the UF Cultural Plaza near the Florida Museum on Sept. 19 and continues from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 20
The sale includes more than 7,000 individual plants across about 350 species. According to the event’s website, the sale features “native, nectar, host and accent plants.” All proceeds benefit the Butterly Rainforest exhibit inside the Florid Museum.
The sale is held twice a year, with the spring sale including plants such as whorled milkweed, purple passionflower, false nettle, spicebush, sunshine mimosa, blazing star, yellow coneflower, elephant’s foot and many more.
