Warmer temperatures are coming to the Treasure Coast this weekend, followed by an impending cold front.
In Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie and Stuart, highs will remain in the mid to high 80s for the rest of the week with breezy southeast winds, according to AccuWeather.
“Temperatures will remain well above normal through Sunday, April 6, with afternoon highs reaching in the upper 80s to low 90s across the interior, and in the low to mid 80s along the coast. Overnight lows will be upper 60s to low 70s on Wednesday night, and mid to upper 60s Thursday night onward,” National Weather Service Melbourne forecasts.
A cold front will approach the area Monday night through Tuesday morning, increasing rain chances.

Wildfires continue to burn in Florida, yet the numbers have dramatically decreased since storms passed through parts of the state on Monday.
There were 55 wildfires on Monday and 41 on Tuesday, April 1. As of 11 a.m. Wednesday, 37 wildfires were burning in Florida, according to the Florida Forest Service.
None are on the Treasure Coast.
