The Florida Gators will take on the Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC Baseball Tournament semifinal round on Saturday afternoon at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium. Take a look below at how to follow the clay diamond action on TV and live stream.
The fifth-seeded Gators won their first two games of the tournament against the Vanderbilt Commodores (8-3) and Alabama Crimson Tide (13-3, 8 innings), respectively, after a first-round bye to earn the privilege of facing their most fierce rivals. The top-seeded Dawgs got a double-bye and defeated the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the quarterfinals on Thursday to set up Saturday’s meeting with Florida.
The Orange and Blue took two of three from Georgia in Athens back in April — a series victory that strangely kicked off a rough stretch that the team would eventually shake off in the final weeks of the regular season. The Gators hold the edge in the all-time series, 197-120-2, dating back to 1931.
