With the recent news of the accidental leak by the Miami Heat, the odds markets continue to move when it comes to predicting where LeBron James will next play in his legendary NBA career.
James’ odds for rejoining Miami have jumped and are still moving, making the Heat the talk of the free agency season.
If James heads to Miami, he will join Giannis Antetokounmpo as part of the biggest offseason of moves for the Heat since James and Chris Bosh joined in 2010. In this scenario, these two former NBA MVPs would play alongside Bam Adebayo, Andrew Wiggins and Davion Mitchell, making Miami a team to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference.
James announced his free agency on June 30, saying he will not return to the Lakers but will continue to play pro basketball. The Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers, Philadelphia 76ers, Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves have all been linked to James as possible landing spots.

The Miami Heat accidentally dropped a scheduled live stream on YouTube labeled “LeBron James Introductory Press Conference” around midnight July 22. There was a date attached with July 27.
A team spokesperson told Shams Charania that the social media department was preparing for James’ potential signing and mistakenly posted to the team’s YouTube. The post is no longer available.
Though the post was taken down quickly, James’ fanatics were able to snag some screenshots about the news.
