The countdown is on for students awaiting the last day of school and the start of about 76 days of summer break.
The last day of the 2025–2026 school year in Florida ranges from May 22 to June 4, depending on the district. Summer food program Summer BreakSpot for Manatee County students
Florida kids and teens 18 and under can access no-cost meals like breakfast, lunch and snacks via the Summer BreakSpot program.
“No application necessary, all you have to do is show up,” according to Manatee County. “So, tell your friends, family and neighbors, and join us at the coolest spot for kids this summer.”
