Florida State baseball returns to Dick Howser Stadium for a conference series against Duke, with game one set for Friday, March 27.
The No. 10 Seminoles (19-5, 5-1 ACC) are fresh off a loss to Florida that featured 16 strikeouts. It was the 10th time this season that the team had double-digit strikeouts, and the second straight game against the Gators.
Despite the midweek woes, FSU comes in with the best ACC record, having won both conference series played so far over Wake Forest and North Carolina State. Duke enters the weekend series with a 17-10 overall record and a 4-5 mark in the ACC. The Blue Devils have a conference series win over Miami, but have fallen to both Notre Dame and Virginia Tech.
The Seminoes enter the series with an 84-30 all-time series advantage over the Blue Devils.
