Former Dolphins WR earns All-UFL honors for efforts in 2026

The UFL regular season has wrapped up and the postseason starts on Sunday, June 7, as the DC Denders, Louisville Kings, Orlando Storm and St. Louis Battlehawks will have a chance to win the 2026 United Bowl.

Throughout the regular season, several former Miami Dolphins participated for different teams, but only one earned All-UFL honors this past week for his efforts this season. That player was wide receiver Gary Jennings Jr.

Jennings, 29, was a fourth-round pick of the Seattle Seahawks in 2019 after a collegiate career at West Virginia. He bounced around the league for a few years, including a stop in Miami in 2019 and through the 2020 preseason.

With the Dolphins, he appeared in just one game (nine total snaps between offense and special teams) before landing on injured reserve.

Jennings earned All-UFL honors this year for his special teams efforts. He finished the year with 441 kick return yards and 16 total tackles. As a member of the Battlehawks, he’s looking to win his second championship in three years.
