Brevard County has spoken, and the 2026 Wing Battle has a champion.
After weeks of head-to-head voting and stiff competition, FLORIDA TODAY readers crowned Cajun Soul Bistro & Bar as home to the best wings in Brevard County.
The restaurant, owned by Chef Kenya Davis and Lance Primeaux, claimed the top spot by defeating Wing It in Indian Harbour Beach in the final round, earning more than 54% of the final online vote and securing the title.
“Thanks to our supporters and community, Cajun Soul Bistro now serves Brevard’s Best Wings,” Davis said. “We can’t wait to celebrate with you all again.”
More about our winner
Cajun Soul Bistro & Bar, located at 333 King St., brings the bold flavors of Louisiana cooking to the heart of the historic district.
It started as a food truck, and now the now brick and mortar restaurant has earned a loyal following for classics such as hearty mac bowls, jambalaya, shrimp and grits and — of course — saucy, crispy wings.
The menu blends traditional Southern techniques with generous portions and approachable pricing, making it a popular stop for both locals and visitors.
