Barry Manilow has postponed his “last Jacksonville concert” for the second time while he deals with health issues, and it is unclear if the show will be played.
Manilow is on a farewell tour that was originally scheduled to stop at Jacksonville’s VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena on Jan. 12. That show was postponed to April 27, and has been moved again.
Manilow’s website has the show rescheduled for Aug. 13. The Ticketmaster page for the show lists the new date as “TBA” (to be announced). The city’s website for events at the arena doesn’t list the show at all.
Ticketmaster’s site advises ticketholders to hang on to them until a new date is announced. “The Event Organizer has had to postpone your event,” the page states. “Please hold onto your tickets as they will be valid for the new date.If your event is eligible for a refund or credit, those options will bevisible within the Event Details of your order.”
The next scheduled date on Manilow’s farewell tour is June 25 in Pennsylvania.
