A man was reported injured after falling from the eighth floor of the Splash Beach Resort, 17698 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, on June 17 at 7:57 p.m.

The Panama City Beach Police Department responded alongside emergency medical services. The individual was transported to the hospital and was later pronounced deceased. Thrower said the individual is not being identified at this time.
