USC trolls Oregon again following Drew Fielder commitment

Last week, USC football beat out Oregon and Ohio State for four-star cornerback Danny Lang. Following the news, the Trojans had some fun on social media, posting a video trolling the Ducks.

On Saturday, USC got another big recruiting win over their foes up in Eugene, flipping four-star offensive lineman Drew Fielder, who had been committed to Oregon since February. Once again, the Trojans decided to do a little social media trolling of the Ducks.

This time, the video that they posted featured a traffic light that was green—Oregon’s primary color. The light, however, changed to yellow and then red—similar to USC’s primary colors of Cardinal and Gold. Inside of the red light was also an emoji of the pointer and middle fingers up, commonly used to represent the Trojans’ “V for Victory” sign.

As we wrote previously, USC’s trolling is fun, but only if the Trojans back it up on the field. While the players and coaches obviously do not run the team’s social media accounts, after these recent posts, USC really needs to beat Oregon when the teams face off this fall, or else the posts may very well wind up coming back to bite them.
