Soraya Forbes of St. Bonaventure High and Oyin Opawumi of Cate School earned co-Most Valuable Player of the Year honors for the 2025 Tri-Valley League girls volleyball season.
The Tri-County Athletic Association, which consists of the Tri-Valley and Frontier leagues, revealed its award winners for the fall season.

Named to the first team for Tri-Valley volleyball were Sara Stoney and Chelsea McCalister of St. Bonaventure; Zoe Sercu and Grace Hibler of Villanova Prep; Karina Urzua and Sophie Otte of Bishop Diego; and Fallon Erickson of Cate.
Named to the second team were Maci Schotten and Zoe Benton of St. Bonaventure; Evangeline Little, Cassidy Rose and Coco Kliman of Cate; Natalie Chan and Mollie McGibben of Bishop Diego; Addy Crawford and Gabby Payne of Villanova Prep; and Izzy Fraser and Jordan Riemer of Grace.
Earning honorable-mention honors were Aliyah Davis, Sammy Salazar and Anna O’Neil of St. Bonaventure; Abbie Hubbs, Olivia Leflang and Kate Douglas of Bishop Diego; Emerson Evans, Elise Tsai and Kay Kay Ercil of Cate; Elinor Saunders, Brooke Burns and Brenna Bakker of Grace; and Meredith Butler of Villanova Prep.
Jordon Dyer of Cate was named the Coach of the Year.

Lolayna Redmond of Laguna Blanca was named the Most Valuable Player.

Keera Wallace of Foothill Tech won the league tournament race to earn Runner of the Year honors.
