The last time the Los Angeles Rams played on Thanksgiving was in 1975, and while that streak won’t end this year, they will come close to playing on Turkey Day.
The NFL announced on Wednesday that the Rams will host the Green Bay Packers in the league’s first-ever Thanksgiving Eve game. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET on Netflix at SoFi Stadium in Week 12.
The Rams and Packers know each other well, having squared off four times since 2021, and their coaches are good friends, too. Sean McVay and Matt LaFleur will go toe-to-toe again in this special occasion on Thanksgiving Eve.
This is the second Rams game Netflix will carry in 2026. The first is the Week 1 opener between the Rams and 49ers in Australia on Sept. 10.
The NFL will release the full schedule on Thursday night, revealing the rest of Los Angeles’ slate in 2026.
