On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Rams added another player to their training camp roster as the team continues preparations for the 2026 NFL season.
The team signed offensive guard Blake Hance, a 2019 UDFA from Northwestern. Hance, a seven-year NFL veteran, bounced around practice squads and camp rosters for the first year of his career before finding a solid footing in 2020 for the Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Tennessee Titans over the last several years.
He’s appeared in 63 career games and has started 11 of them. His signing comes after head coach Sean McVay revealed that backup guard Justin Dedich suffered a hand injury around the Fourth of July.
Hance’s signing comes after the team added safety Alex Cook and guard Bill Murray on Monday.
