Lamar Jackson has built a solid connection with receiver Zay Flowers, but in Baltimore, there is still a need to give Lamar one of the best receivers in the NFL . Losing Isaiah Likely deepens that need, and Baltimore could take a look at Trojan Makai Lemon at pick 14 in the NFL draft.
In a recent mock draft analysis, Jordan Plocher has the Ravens selecting Makai Lemon at pick 14. Here is what he had to say about the potential selection.

“With the selection of Makai Lemon, the Ravens add one of the top receiving threats in the draft for quarterback Lamar Jackson. Zay Flowers has topped 1,000 receiving yards in all three of his NFL seasons, but the team could use another consistent receiving threat.
After tight end Isaiah Likely’s departure in free agency, the Ravens have approximately 200 slot receiving snaps to replace. Lemon lined up in the slot on 75.6% of his pass snaps over his career at USC, and his 91.4 PFF receiving grade in 2025 led all receivers in college football.”
The Ravens addressed getting an elite pass rusher with Trey Hendrickson in free agency, but there is still a need for getting younger playmakers. Lamar could use a receiver who is a star and is reliable. Makai Lemon would be the best thing this new coaching staff could give Lamar Jackson. Makai Lemon replaces Isaiah Likely, and he would, in my opinion, be an upgrade over the current receivers. Zay Flowers and Makai Lemon for quarterback Lamar Jackson would create the most explosive offense in the league.
