Nothing is on the line other than bragging rights between sports reporter Jose Quintero and freelance journalists Todd Hadler and Jason Reed.

After the regular season in the High Desert, Reed sits atop the rankings with an 85-26 record, which is good for a two-game lead over Quintero and Hadler in the standings.
Here are our picks for the first round of the CIF-SS playoffs.
Each week, we will keep a running tab of our leaderboard throughout the season, up until there are no local teams left vying for a CIF-Southern Section title in the playoffs.
