The Los Angeles Rams have had a handful of visitors at OTAs this offseason, with JJ Redick and Andrew Whitworth both stopping by practices recently. On Thursday, Sacramento Kings star DeMar DeRozan was in attendance at practice, taking things in at the Rams’ facility in Woodland Hills.
DeRozan took photos with Matthew Stafford, Davante Adams and Sean McVay after practice and there was one thing in common with all the pictures: He made each of them look short.
While NFL players are by no means small, the height of NBA players is just…different. DeRozan is listed at 6-foot-6, while Adams is 6-1 and Stafford is 6-3. McVay is, well, shorter than all three players.
DeRozan was born and raised in Compton, playing his high school ball at Compton High before attending USC and then being drafted by the Toronto Raptors.
He’s back in California now with the Kings, spending this past season in Sacramento after three years in Chicago.
