Hesperia High School is planning to host its first-ever Community Job Fair next week.
The job fair, which is being spearheaded under the Hesperia Unified School District’s “Community Schools” initiative, is scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, June 1, at the campus, 10275 Cypress Ave., according to Principal Phillip Padilla.
The free event will be open to the community.
Participating employers will include the town of Apple Valley, the city of Hesperia, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, San Bernardino County Probation, Victor Valley College, Adelanto Elementary School, Excelsior Charter School, Victor Valley Global Medical, the U.S. Army & Air Force Exchange Service and more.
Positions ranging from entry-level to skilled will be represented
Job seekers were urged to bring copies of their resumes and “dress to impress,” organizers stated.
