Sunday is Father’s Day. For most of the country, that means an opportunity to celebrate their fathers. In college football, however, it means commemorating a different type of father-son relationship.
When it comes to USC, the Trojans are the de facto father of numerous Pac-12 schools. One such relationship, however, particularly stands out: Colorado.
USC and Colorado have faced off 17 times in their history. Famously, the Trojans have never lost to the Buffaloes, going 17-0 in those matchups.
From 2011 through 2023, when the two schools both competed in the Pac-12 Conference, USC and Colorado faced off every year except for 2020 (when the game was canceled due to COVID). The Trojans won all 12 of those meetings.
The two programs have not faced off since 2024, however, and do not have any future matchups schedule. Hence, it appears as though the Trojans’ undefeated record against Colorado will remain intact for the foreseeable future.
