It’s time to pick the Hometown Life Football Player of the Week!

This week’s nominees are…

Cesar Flores, Plymouth: Kicked a 30-yard field goal in a 52-3 loss to Brighton.

Kenny Murray, Garden City: Totaled 60 yards rushing in a 34-11 loss to Romulus. 

Landen Vojtkofsky, Westland John Glenn: Caught two passes for 59 yards and two TDs in a 34-28 win over Livonia Churchill. 

John Moore, Livonia Churchill: Recovered an onside kick and caught two passes for 32 yards and a two-point conversion in a 34-28 loss to Westland John Glenn. 

Josh Hammonds, Birmingham Groves: Caught 2 passes for 16 yards and one TD and totaled five tackles in a 43-22 win over Southfield A&T.

Will Forberg, Birmingham Seaholm: Rushed for 49-yard rushing touchdown in a 28-20 loss to North Farmington. 

Kyle Candito, Salem: Totaled nine tackles (two for loss), one sack, one interception and one pass breakup in a 35-7 win over Novi.

Johnathan Woytowich, Novi: Grabbed eight receptions for 51 yards in a 35-7 loss to Salem.

Luciano Schembri, Livonia Franklin: Was 3 of 3 kicking extra points while totaling one tackle, two assists and one interception on defense in a 42-13 win over Wayne Memorial. 

Jamario Mitchell, Redford Westfield Prep: Totaled four tackles for loss, one sack and one fumble recovery on defense in a 16-14 win over Mount Clemens. 

Brandon White, Milford: Totaled 11 tackles and two pass breakups in a 30-27 loss to South Lyon East.

Quinn Nolan, Livonia Stevenson: Totaled nine tackles in a 35-0 loss to Dearborn Fordson. 

Owen McRoberts, South Lyon: Totaled five tackles (two for loss) and one interception in a 21-20 win over Waterford Mott.

MJ Fortuna, Northville: Totaled 10 tackles (6 solo, 2.5 for loss), two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in a 63-0 win over Canton. 

Jaden Fry, Canton: Returned five kickoffs for 108 yards in a 63-0 loss to Northville.

Kanaan Lenton, Redford Union: Had three receptions for 97 yards and two touchdowns in a 61-0 win over Dearborn Heights Annapolis. 

Reid Widmer, Walled Lake Northern: Rushed for 60 yards and two TDs, returned a kick 86 yards for a TD and totaled eight tackles and on interception on defense in a 41-28 win over Walled Lake Central. 

Emanuel Mitchell, North Farmington: Totaled three tackles in a 28-20 win over Birmingham Seaholm.

Andre Dawson, Redford Thurston: Had one rushing touchdown and forced two fumbles in a 39-16 win over Dearborn Heights Robichaud. 

Wesley Brooke, White Lake Lakeland: Totaled six tackles and  one interception in a 43-36 win over Allen Park. 

Mark Winter, South Lyon East: Was 3 of 3 kicking extra points and 3 of 3 kicking field goals, including burying the winning 46-yard field goal with four seconds left in a 30-27 win over Milford. 

Michael Dersa, Detroit Catholic Central: Caught a 50-yard touchdown reception in a 41-8 win over Brother Rice.

Eddie Hruska, Bloomfield Hills: Had three catches for 41 yards in a 35-21 loss to Troy Athens.

Caden Hong, Brother Rice: Rushed for a 3-yard touchdown in a 41-8 loss to Detroit Catholic Central.

Josh Hammonds, Birmingham Groves: Caught three passes for 42 yards and one TD and totaled 10 tackles and one sack in a 29-12 win over Rochester Hills Stoney Creek. 

Jackson Lauter, Livonia Churchill: Intercepted a pass during a 42-14 loss to Dearborn Fordson.

Andrae McSween, Plymouth: Finished with four catches for 90 yards and 2 TDs in a 41-0 win over Canton. 

Reece Pippin, Novi: Led with 11 tackles (three solo) in a 42-0 loss to Howell. 

Rylen Oja, South Lyon: Totaled two interceptions and two tackles in a 49-7 win over Walled Lake Central. 

Alex Baird, Northville: Was 2 of 2 kicking field goals (29 and 37 yards) and 7 of 7 making extra points in a 55-7 win over Hartland. 

Trevon Marks, Garden City: Caught a 5-yard touchdown reception in a 36-7 loss to Dearborn Heights Robichaud. 

My’tanna Parker, Redford Westfield Prep: Totaled 200 yards rushing and three TDs and caught a 30-yard TD reception in a 42-0 win over ATAP. 

Brody Gross, Livonia Franklin: Had three receptions for 83 yards and one 61-yard TD in a 43-11 win over Livonia Stevenson. 

Keegan Jordan, Birmingham Seaholm: Caught a 53-yard touchdown reception in a 42-7 win over Troy. 

Tasso Kotsogiannis, Livonia Stevenson: Rushed 11 times for 36 yards and a two-point conversion and caught one pass for four yards in a 43-11 loss to Livonia Franklin. 

Antoine Bailey, Farmington: Totaled 129 yards rushing and one touchdown in a 49-21 win over Bloomfield Hills. 

Noah Pike, Milford: Grabbed five catches for 45 yards and two TDs in a 49-9 win over Walled Lake Northern. 

Drew Eisenbeis, Salem: Caught seven passes for 82 yards and one touchdown in a 35-14 loss to Brighton. 

Duka Banta, Detroit Catholic Central: Tossed four touchdown passes in a 48-7 win over Toledo St. John’s Jesuit. 

Kevin Cruz, Lutheran Westland: Totaled 12 tackles in a 41-6 loss to Flint Hamady. Also totaled 11 tackles and one fumble recovery on defense and had two receptions for 18 yards in a 20-7 loss to Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest. 

Wallace Ulmer, Cranbrook: Rushed for 132 yards and two TDs and was 11 of 17 passing for 176 yards, three TDs and two interceptions in a 39-20 win over Detroit Loyola. 

Alex Angelinas, Canton: Recovered a fumble in 41-0 loss to Plymouth. 

Jacarie Williams, Redford Thurston: Notched a 30-yard rushing touchdown and was 3 of 5 passing for 110 yards and one TD in a 43-6 win over Romulus. 

Christopher Thomas, Bloomfield Hills: Totaled three tackles (one tackle for loss) and one fumble recovery in a 49-21 loss to Farmington. 

Deondre Hill, Brother Rice: Totaled three rushing touchdowns and a two-point conversion in a 22-17 win over Warren DeLaSalle. 

Donovan Triplett, Walled Lake Western: Rushed for five TDs in a 42-35 win over White Lake Lakeland.

Drew Alvis, White Lake Lakeland: Totaled five tackles and one recovery in a 42-35 loss to Walled Lake Western.

Devin Lillard, Redford Union: Totaled seven tackles for loss and one sack during a 24-7 win over Dearborn Heights Crestwood.
