The Cavs leaned on Max Strus and James Harden to win Game 5 in overtime in Detroit on May 13. Harden and Strus combined for 50 points to offset a 39-point effort by Pistons guard Cade Cunningham.
Four days later, they’re back in Detroit as the series concludes Sunday, May 17, with the Cavs’ second Game 7 of the 2026 playoffs. The winner advances to the Eastern Conference Finals, where the New York Knicks await.
