A pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle on May 16 in Linden.
An unidentified vehicle was heading north on Cleveland Avenue, just north of Republic Avenue, when it struck someone trying to cross the road around 9:45 p.m., according to Columbus police. The vehicle left the scene after the crash.
Medics took the pedestrian to the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center, where they died at 10:10 p.m.
Columbus police have not yet identified the victim of the crash.
