The New York Giants signed kicker Dominic Zvada following the conclusion of the 2026 NFL draft in April.
Zvada joined the Giants as an undrafted free agent and has quickly established himself as a major contender for New York’s starting kicker role. The former Michigan star was widely regarded as one of the top collegiate kickers during his two seasons with the Wolverines, and he could make an immediate impact as a Giant in 2026.
Zvada has been showcasing his strength in the weight room this offseason.
ESPN’s Jordan Raanan recently shared a video of the kicker lifting during his training, demonstrating his commitment to earning New York’s starting job this season.
Zvada is expected to compete with Ben Sauls for the role throughout training camp. Sauls reportedly struggled during minicamp, positioning Zvada as the frontrunner for the starting spot heading into the preseason.
The Michigan product has a proven track record of performing in high-pressure situations, and he continues to put in the work ahead of his rookie campaign to solidify his place as the Giants’ kicker in 2026.
