A motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night on Upper Falls Boulevard in Rochester.
The fatal crash
Emergency responders were called to Upper Falls Boulevard at St. Paul Street just before 8:40 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, said Lt. Jeffrey Pursel of the Rochester Police Department.
A 53-year-old man was riding a motorcycle east on Bausch Street – which transitions into Upper Falls Boulevard – and turned left to travel north on St. Paul Street when a westbound sedan, driven by a 19-year-old Rochester woman, struck the motorcyclist, Pursel said.

The motorcyclist – a Monroe County resident whose name was not released – was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Pursel said.
The driver of the car was not injured in the crash.
What’s next
Officers are investigating the fatal crash. No charges have been filed in connection with the crash.
