The Buffalo Bills looked to improve their “triples” this offseason and it has been reflected.
In a quarterback-driven league, Josh Allen carries a lot of weight.
But Buffalo does sport the reigning rushing champ in their backfield as well in James Cook. Sports Illustrated tossed wide receiver DJ Moore, acquired this offseason via trade, into the trio and ranked the Bills as the fourth-best grouping in the NFL heading into 2026.
The only teams ahead of the Bills are the Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, and Los Angeles Rams at the top, respectively.
SI’s breakdown on the Bills can be found below:
Triplets: Josh Allen, James Cook, DJ Moore
Allen has an argument as the best player on the planet with Mahomes. He’s certainly put up the regular-season stats to support his case, winning MVP honors in 2024, and then amassing 4,199 total yards and 39 touchdowns last year. Of course, he has ample help in Cook, who led the NFL with 1,621 rushing yards. The open question is whether Moore can regain his Carolina form. Over his past four years, Moore has eclipsed the 1,000-yard barrier once, but with Allen as his quarterback, he could surge in production.
