Warriors bring in another group of prospects for pre-draft workouts

If you’ve been following along throughout the draft process, there’s a chance you’re familiar with some of the players the Golden State Warriors could potentially draft at No. 11 in the first round. But what about when they’re on the clock in the second round?

To prepare for the draft, the Warriors are currently bringing a flurry of different college basketball prospects for pre-draft workouts. Coming off a group of six players working out for the team early in the week, including Miami’s Tre Donaldson, St. John’s Dillon Mitchell and Vanderbilt’s Tyler Nickel, the Warriors are brought in another group on Thursday, headlined by a pair of Big 10 centers.

On Thursday, the Warriors held pre-draft workouts in the Bay Area with Northern Iowa’s Trey Campbell, Purdue’s Oscar Cluff, Michigan State’s Carson Cooper, Grand Canyon’s Jaden Henley, Pacific’s Elias Ralph and Gonzaga’s Jalen Warley.

Campbell, a two-time All-MVC guard, averaged 13.7 points on 43.8% shooting from the field with 3.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists per contest. Campbell was also named to the Mountain Valley Conference’s All-Defensive team.

Cluff played two seasons at the junior college level before transferring to Washington State in 2023. Cluff then played a season at South Dakota before transferring again to Purdue. Alongside All-American point guard Braden Smith, Cluff averaged 10.6 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.

Cooper played four seasons under Tom Izzo at Michigan State, averaging 11.1 points and 7.1 rebounds per contest as a senior in the Big 10.

Henley played at four schools in four years, most recently with Grand Canyon, averaging 17.7 points on 46.6% from the field with 5.7 rebounds per game. Henley was named to the All Mountain West team in 2025-26.

Ralph played three seasons in Canada before coming to Pacific in 2024. Ralph averaged 16.7 points per game for the Tigers, shooting 40.9% from beyond the arc on 4.2 attempts per contest last season.

Warley played three seasons at Florida State before making the move to Gonzaga last season to play for Mark Few. Warley averaged 7.1 points and 4.8 rebounds per game for the Bulldogs.
