Sun Devil pride heated up Newton T. Bass Stadium as 480 graduates from Apple Valley High School received diplomas during its 58th commencement ceremony. Victor Valley High School

The 110th graduating class of Victor Valley High School included 450 Jackrabbits receiving diplomas before leaping into future endeavors. The ceremony on Thursday, May 21, at Ray Moore Stadium also included the celebration of the first boys basketball CIF championship in the school’s history, and first in the High Desert in 73 years. Lucerne Valley High School graduated 83 senior mustangs at Ron Peavy Field before they rode off into the sunset toward their futures. Loved ones gathered to support their favorite senior during the commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 21. See the photos:

Over 400 Granite Hills High School seniors received diplomas during a commencement ceremony that included a wind chill in the mid-30s. The seniors spent most of the night holding their caps in place as strong winds blew through Newton T. Cobalt Institute of Math and Science

Cobalt Institute of Math and Science celebrated a milestone Monday, May 18, when the class of 2026 received their diplomas. Sporting blue caps and gowns, 135 graduates turned their tassels during the commencement ceremony at High Desert Church in Victorville. See the photos:

University Preparatory School

University Preparatory School in Victorville capped another year of awards and accomplishments as 177 senior Jaguars received diplomas on Tuesday, May 19. Wearing maroon caps and gowns, the group of Jaguar seniors graduated in front of a crowd of well-wishers at Silverado High School’s Hawk Stadium. Loved ones and supporters packed out Hawk Stadium to celebrate 455 graduating seniors, who received diplomas from Silverado High School in Victorville. The 28th commencement ceremony was held on Wednesday, May 20, at the 32-year-old school near Palmdale Road. See the photos:

Lakeview Leadership Academy

Lakeview Leadership Academy Spartan seniors claimed victory during the school’s sixth commencement ceremony at High Desert Church’s Powell Auditorium in Victorville. Of the 38 Spartans who were recognized during the event on Friday, May 22, 32 had attended Lakeview since their seventh-grade year, according to the Victor Valley Union High School District.
