A water main break was reported May 1 in the area of Oakwood Drive and South Sewall’s Point Road, according to a Sewall’s Point Police Department news release.
There was no water south of Oakwood Drive, and there may be a decrease in water pressure north of Palm Road until the repair is completed.
Martin County Utilities and Solid Waste officials were aware of the water main break, and Sewall’s Point officials were on the scene.
If a boil water advisory is issued, Martin County officials would notify impacted residents.
