FSU (39-7, 15-3 ACC) is on a three-game winning streak and is looking to boost its resume ahead of the NCAA Tournament as they push to improve its seed. The Seminoles have struggled against ranked opponents this year, and this will give them a chance to flip the narrative.
FSU has one of the best offenses in the country, scoring 7.9 runs per game and hitting .365 as a team with a .453 on-base percentage. FSU trails the all-time series against Florida 29-24, but has dominated its in-state rivals lately. The Seminoles have won seven out of the last eight meetings, including a 4-0 win last year in Tallahassee.
