Luke Combs concert could be Ohio Stadium's biggest ever

Luke Combs’ upcoming show at Ohio Stadium could become the largest concert ever held at the Shoe, according to a recent social media post from the venue’s concert team.

In an Instagram reel posted April 8, the Schottenstein account called the April 25 show a “record-breaking” event, teasing what appears to be a massive midfield, in-the-round stage setup that would open up nearly the entire stadium bowl for seating.

That setup could allow for significantly more fans than traditional end-zone concerts, which typically block off large sections of seats behind the stage.

The concert would add Combs to a long list of major artists who have played Ohio Stadium over the decades, including Taylor Swift, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, and the duo of Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

Combs is set to bring his “My Kinda Saturday Night” tour to Ohio Stadium on April 25, joined by special guests Dierks Bentley, Ty Myers, Jake Worthington, and Thelma & James.
