Bonita Bay Marina will host its annual Bonita Bay Boat Show from Feb. 20-22, at 27598 Marina Pointe Drive in Bonita Springs. The free, three-day event will feature luxury vessels, marine technology, vendors and on-water “lifestyle experiences.”
Fish Tale Boats will be displaying its lineup of boat brands. Attendees can also visit vendor booths featuring marine electronics, accessories, services and lifestyle offerings. Sweetwater Lifestyle Luxury Boat Club and Charters will be on site to share information about membership and charter opportunities. Show hours are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., Friday, Feb. 20 and Saturday, Feb. 21; and 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 22.
“We’re excited to welcome the community back to Bonita Bay Marina for another great weekend on the water,” said Tibe Larson, vice president of marina operations at Bonita Bay Marina. “With support from Fish Tale Boats and our event partners, this show continues to bring the boating community together while showcasing Southwest Florida’s waterfront lifestyle.”
Backwater Jack’s will offer a Boat Show lunch menu throughout the event weekend, with its full dinner menu beginning at 5 p.m. daily. The Boat Show Party will take place from 4 until 6 p.m., Saturday, and will include complimentary beer, wine and appetizers for attendees.

Johnny T’s ‘Voices’ of Legends dinner show at Mare Terra
Performer and recording artist, Johnny Tarangelo will perform at Mare Terra in Bonita Springs at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 22.
Tarangelo sings the enduring classics of the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s, as well as Motown and the great American songbook. He also sings tributes from Dean Martin and Frankie Valli to Bobby Darin, Paul Anka and Neil Diamond.

Naples Uke Fest returns to Baker Senior Center
The sounds of ukulele will o fill the air at the third annual Naples Uke Fest, powered by HUGS (Happy Ukulele Group of Strummers), tat Baker Senior Center on Saturday, March 14.
The concert will be dedicated to the memory of Baker Senior Center’s recently deceased founder and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Jaclynn Faffer. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the non-profit organization.
This all-day celebration of music, fun and community will feature performances by the nationally known Them Uke Boys, Uke 66 and the HUGS Players, along with a full lineup of workshops, lessons and social events designed to bring people together through the joy of the ukulele.

It takes place from 9 a.m. until 11, Feb. 28, and the community is invited to bring any confidential documents they would like to securely dispose of to The Big Shred, hosted by Clerk & Comptroller Kevin Karnes.
The event will take place at the Estero Park and Recreation Center, located at 9200 Corkscrew Palms Boulevard.
To take part in The Big Shred, all participants have to do is drive up and hand off their confidential documents to a clerk team member, who will then walk them to the onsite shredding truck for secure disposal.
