Court order lets Texas A&M transfer practice while NCAA eligibility decision looms

Texas A&M basketball is back on the court, preparing to launch its 2025 campaign next month under a dramatically revamped roster and system led by Bucky McMillan. Reaching this point has been a journey, from starting with just one active player on the roster to awaiting final confirmation of eligibility from the NCAA.

With fall officially underway and games fast approaching, Agee received some encouraging short-term news. On Friday it was revealed, that the Brazos County court issued a temporary restraining order against the NCAA, allowing Agee to participate in team practices until the next court hearing, tentatively scheduled for October 9.
