Driver ejected from vehicle in fatal crash on Scenic Highway

A motorist died in a crash on Scenic Highway early June 17.

Pensacola police say a crash near Manolet Street on Scenic Highway led to the driver being partially ejected and dying at the scene.

The road was shut down in both directions for roughly three hours before police opened it back up around 6:45 a.m., according to the PPD.

Further information regarding the crash was not released.
