The Wisconsin Badgers have officially finalized their volleyball roster for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
Libero/defensive specialist Alyssa Konrad marks head coach Kelly Sheffield’s final addition.
Konrad, a Wisconsin native, plays at Madison Memorial High School along with the Madtown Juniors club team.
The 5-foot-10 player heads to Madison as a three-time All-Conference recipient.
“I chose Wisconsin because growing up in Madison allowed me to attend many Badger camps and matches as a kid,” Konrad said. “I always looked up to the players and resonated with the culture of this program. It’s a dream come true to play at the place that had a huge impact on my volleyball career.”
Coach Sheffield said Konrad “had a fantastic camp” and “her defense really stood out the entire time.”
Now that the roster is finalized, which includes a late addition of Puerto Rican star Decelise Champion, Badgers fans know they have a lot to look forward to as Wisconsin eyes another National Championship.
