Agency Cocktail Lounge in Milwaukee made USA TODAY’s list of best bars in the country.
The USA TODAY Bars of the Year 2025 list, released July 30, features 29 bars from dives to high-end cocktail bars.
“It’s such an honor. We’re so excited,” said Agency owner Ryan Castelaz. “It’s awesome to be recognized for what we’re trying to do.”
USA TODAY Network food and drink journalists live and work in states across the country. They know their communities, and they pooled their expertise to select the list, which includes places they recommend to readers and friends.
Why Agency was named one of the best bars
Agency was chosen because of its unique concept where every cocktail is available both with or without alcohol. The bar also is popular for their dealer’s choice program, where patrons fill out a card to give their flavor and alcohol preferences and the bartender makes a unique drink for them.
