MANITOWOC – UnitedOne ranks in the top three places to work in Wisconsin for 2026, according to the Best Companies Group.
“Being honored this way again speaks directly to the dedication of our amazing staff,” UnitedOne CEO Kim Rooney said in a news release. “They work tirelessly to cultivate an environment where collaboration, respect and belonging thrive. That foundation allows us to support our employees fully and deliver exceptional experiences to our members.”
UnitedOne was named No. 3 in the annual ranking.
Best Companies Group has recognized top workplaces for more than 20 years, helping more than 10,000 companies worldwide celebrate what makes them special. Its “Best Places to Work” certifications are based on direct employee feedback and rigorous data analysis.
Companies from across Wisconsin completed a two-part survey to determine “Best Places to Work” in the state.
The first part looked at each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics — and made up about 25% of the total evaluation.
The second portion consisted of a worker survey to measure their experience. This made up about 75% of the evaluation.
The No. 3 “Best Places” ranking follows UnitedOne’s recognition from Family Friendly Workplaces as a Gold Certified Employer earlier this year.
UnitedOne is a nonprofit financial institution with a mission of improving the communities it serves. The company invests locally through volunteerism, financial education, and support and collaboration with groups and organizations with shared commitment to the betterement of the communities it serves.
