See done views of Wisconsin's massive data centers under construction

Construction of Wisconsin’s three largest data centers is in full swing. In case you haven’t driven by, or flown over, them recently, here’s a brief visual update.

In Mount Pleasant, work is underway on a second Microsoft data center which will house part of what the company calls a distributed training supercomputer. Microsoft said the facility will be the most advanced AI data center in the world.

Port Washington’s $15 billion AI Vantage Data Centers broke ground Dec. 17, 2025.

The company’s Lighthouse data center campus for Oracle and OpenAI will feature four data center buildings providing over a gigawatt of AI capacity, according to Vantage.

Meta’s Beaver Dam, Wisconsin project totals around $1 billion and spans 700,000 square feet. It is currently under construction and is expected to come online in 2027.
