Does Wisconsin football have a single player in the nation's top 100?

With under 100 days to go until the 2026 college football season, On3 took a look at the top 100 players in the nation.

In what shouldn’t come as a surprise after a pair of down seasons, the Wisconsin Badgers don’t have a single player included.

For what it’s worth, not even top outgoing transfers such as quarterback Billy Edwards Jr. or running back Dilin Jones could crack the top 100.

Clark Brooks’ list is headlined by Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith and Oregon quarterback Dante Moore.

Not only that, but Wisconsin’s week one opponent, Notre Dame, has cornerback Leonard Moore listed as No. 3, along with four more players in the top 85.

On paper, this is one of Wisconsin’s more exciting rosters in recent memory, but that isn’t saying a lot. Old Dominion transfer QB Colton Joseph has a chance to prove everyone wrong, and RB Abu Sama has his eyes on a 1,000-yard season.
