Some Wausau-area voters cast ballots in the Feb. 17 spring primary in two races including two seats on the D.C. Everest School Board and a Wausau Common Council seat.
Here are the results of those races. The symbol (i) denotes an incumbent.

D.C. Everest School Board
At least two members of the D.C. Everest School Board reach the end of their three-year terms each year. The top four of the five candidates will compete for two seats in the spring election. The district consists of the city of Schofield; villages of Weston, Hatley, Rothschild and Kronenwetter; and towns of Ringle and Easton. Current board member Joshua Dickerson filed a declaration of noncandidacy in the race.
The four candidates with the most votes move on to the April 7 spring election. Candidate Tony Eilers did not advance in the Feb. 17 primary.
Wausau Common Council, District 6
Voters in District 6, or the northeast section of Wausau, chose the top two out of three candidates to appear on the spring ballot. Wausau Common Council members serve two-year terms and all 11 seats are up for election in even-numbered years. Current District 6 alderperson Rebecca McElhaney filed a declaration of noncandidacy in this race.
Kristin Slonski and Keene Winters will move on to the April 7 spring election.
