Prepare for some large-scale closures along the Hale Interchange this weekend.
As part of the ongoing Hale Interchange resurfacing project, stretches of Interstates 894, 43 and 41 will be fully closed Friday, Sept. 26 through Monday, Sept. 29. It’s one of several full-weekend closures planned for September and October, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

When and where will the Hale Interchange be closed this weekend?
The following closures will be in place from 11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 to 5:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29:
I-894/41 northbound will return to four lanes after final paving operations, WisDOT said.
What other road closures are in place for the Hale Interchange?
The directional closures will overlap with several long-term ramp closures in the Hale Interchange that run until at least mid-October:

When will the Hale Interchange project be completed?
The project is expected to finish by late 2026 and will include improvements to I-41, I-43, I-894 and the Hale Interchange between Lincoln Avenue and 84th Street, according to WisDOT
