The first weekend of the 2026 NBA playoffs concludes with four more series-opening games.
It includes the top two seeds in each conference and the three teams with the lowest odds to win the NBA Finals.

The day will start in the Eastern Conference with the No. 2 Boston Celtics playing the No. 7 Philadelphia 76ers to renew their playoff rivalary as the two teams are squaring off for an NBA-record 23rd time in a postseason series.
Then, it’s on to the Western Conference for the reigning NBA champion and top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder, who will begin their quest at a repeat when they start their series against the No. 8 Phoenix Suns. Then, the Eastern Conference’s top team, the 60-win Detroit Pistons take the court to play the No. 8 Orlando Magic in the first round.
The day concludes with Victor Wembanyama’s postseason debut for the Western Conference’s No. 2-seeded San Antonio Spurs, who are in the playoffs for the first time in seven years. They’ll play host to former Milwaukee Bucks star Jrue Holiday and No. 7 Portland Trailblazers, who are in the playoffs for the first time in five seasons.
Unlike Saturday’s four games when three were only available on a singular streaming service, Sunday’s games will all be on network TV.
