MARSHFIELD – Mushu’s Asian Kitchen is officially open in Marshfield.
The restaurant celebrated its grand opening Feb. 25 at 601 N. Central Ave., Suite A in Marshfield.
Mushu’s Asian Kitchen announced the Wednesday grand opening Feb. 23 on its Facebook page, acknowledging the previous attempts to solidify an opening date.
“We know some earlier dates were posted on our door, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding,” the post said. “A last-minute decision was made to allow for some necessary final preparations and delays.”
According to its Facebook page, Mushu’s Asian Kitchen offers favorite Asian dishes like bourbon chicken, poke bowls, mochi donuts, bubble teas and more.
The restaurant also posted its full menu Feb. 25 on its Facebook page. Mushu’s Asian Kitchen offers starters and favorites like white rice and miso sauce, crab rangoons, fried gyozas, egg rolls, tempura and more. Bourbon entrees include a choice of chicken, beef, shrimp or a combination of two meats, served with grilled vegetables and choice between rice, lo mein or half of each. Chow mein and fried rice dishes come with choice of meats or vegetables, as well. Soup options include a mushroom seaweed, miso and egg drop soups. Salads include a house, seaweed, kami, squid and avocado salad.
Mushu’s Asian Kitchen also offers a sushi menu including a California roll, tuna roll and veggie roll, a spicy tuna roll, a California crunch, a spicy tuna crunch and a Krazee Krunch Roll. Cooked and tempura options are on the menu, as well. The menu also features a variety of poke bowl options.
The kids’ menu includes Kraft macaroni and cheese, mini corn dogs and chicken nuggets, served with apple sauce, french fries and white rice as options for sides.
Desserts include an Ube Taro cheesecake and an Ube Taro milk cake, with more desserts to come.
