The winner of the 2026 Salmon’s Meat Products Food Fight for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers has been announced.
This year’s competition, which was the “brat edition,” received 130 submissions of recipes using one of four provided Salmon’s Meat Product bratwursts. The submissions were narrowed down to the top five best recipes by a selected panel of judges before being posted to the internet for the public to vote on.
David Clark from Wild Rose was announced as this year’s Food Fight winner on March 12 for his Gnaf’s Nacho Poutine recipe made with sliced Badger brat coins on crispy waffle fries, topped with beer cheese and fresh cheese curds.
His recipe went against four other finalists:
As the winner, Clark’s recipe will be featured on the concession menu all season long at Neuroscience Group Field. He will also receive four vouchers for any home game during the regular season, four vouchers for their food item and an opportunity to throw out the first pitch before a game.
