The Wisconsin high school volleyball season will start on Tuesday, Aug. 25. With the new season comes a chance for Oshkosh, Fond du Lac athletes to make their mark.
Here’s a list of 33 Oshkosh, Fond du Lac volleyball players to keep an eye on this season in alphabetical order.
Girls
Alexis Babiash, Jr., Waupun
Babiash was a first-team all-conference selection in the South Central Conference after having 366 assists, 231 digs, 95 kills, 63 aces and 26 blocks.
Josie Basler, Sr., Laconia
Basler was a second-team Flyway Conference selection after a season with 385 digs and 32 aces.
Kiley Beer, Sr., Central Wisconsin Christian
In Beer’s junior season, she was a second-team all-conference selection in the Trailways-East Conference and had 242 kills, 115 digs, 66 aces and 41 blocks.
Brielle Birr, So., Valley Christian
As a freshman, Birr had 120 kills, 30 blocks and 19 aces and was a Trailways-East Conference honorable mention.
Gwendolyn Bruce-DeMuri, Sr., Berlin
Bruce-DeMuri was a South Central Conference honorable mention as a junior after a season with 385 assists, 176 digs and 30 aces.
Bailey Church, Sr., Winneconne
Church was a second-team all-conference selection in the Bay Conference after a season with 553 assists, 189 digs and 59 aces.
Lily Collien, Jr., Oakfield
Collien had 387 digs and 33 aces and was a Trailways-East Conference first-team selection in her sophomore season.
Hayden Collien, Sr., Oakfield
In Collien’s junior season, she had 453 assists, 172 digs and 37 aces and was a second-team all-conference selection in the Trailways-East Conference.
Analise Coon, Sr., St. Mary’s Springs
Coon was a Flyway Conference second-team selection as a junior after having 431 digs, 70 kills, 64 assists and 59 aces.
Brielle Ehlers, So., Mayville
Ehlers will look to build on a freshman season where she had 184 kills and 64 total blocks.
Lydia Flury, Sr., Oakfield
In Flury’s junior season, she had 292 kills, 216 digs, 52 aces and 17 blocks and was a first-team all-conference selection in the Trailways-East Conference.
Bailey Goebel, Sr., Laconia
Goebel had 436 assists, 144 digs, 109 kills and 32 aces in her junior season and was a Flyway Conference second-team selection.
Laila Gostas-Sims, So., Valley Christian
Gostas-Sims was a Trailways-East Conference first-team selection as a freshman after having 274 digs, 189 kills and 76 aces.
Naomi Liabwill, So., Lourdes Academy
In Liabwill’s freshman season she had 174 kills and 50 blocks and was a Trailways-East honorable mention.
Emma Liebergen, Jr., Oshkosh West
Liebergen was a Fox Valley Association second-team selection after a season with 262 kills, 94 digs, 48 aces and 27 blocks.
Lilian Mansueto, Sr., Mayville
Mansueto was a first-team all-conference selection in the Flyway Conference and had 395 digs, 203 kills and 34 aces.
Kensley McCauley, Jr., Laconia
McCauley was the Flyway Conference player of the year as a sophomore after a season with 384 kills, 240 digs, 60 aces and 22 blocks.
Adele Minor, Jr., Ripon
In Minor’s sophomore season she had 668 assists, 238 digs, 43 aces and 16 blocks and was a South Central Conference second-team selection.
Finley Morgan, Sr., Laconia
In her junior season, Morgan had 244 kills, 62 aces and 60 blocks and was a Flyway Conference unanimous first-team selection.
Emma Muraski, Sr., Campbellsport
As a junior, Muraski was a first-team all-conference selection in the Flyway Conference after finishing the year with 303 assists, 192 digs, 170 kills, 48 aces and 19 blocks.
Kyah Peterson, So., Ripon
In Peterson’s freshman season she had 292 digs, 280 kills, 36 aces and 18 blocks and was a South Central Conference honorable mention.
Celia Ralofsky, Sr., Lourdes Academy
Ralofsky was a Trailways-East second-team selection after a season with 631 assists, 243 digs and 49 aces.
Payton Reiter, Jr., Omro
In Reiter’s sophomore season, she had 144 kills, 142 digs and 32 aces.
Adalyn Rohlfs, So., North Fond du Lac
Rohlfs was a Flyway Conference honorable mention after a season with 39 kills, 23 aces and 58 digs.
Ellie Shultis, Sr., Fond du Lac
Shultis is committed to play volleyball in college at UW-Green Bay. She was a unanimous first-team all-conference selection in the Fox Valley Association. She finished her junior season with 420 kills, 259 digs, 31 aces and 23 total blocks.
Ellie Smith, Sr., Campbellsport
Smith is coming off a season where she was a second-team all-conference selection in the Flyway Conference after having 273 kills, 227 digs, 45 aces and 14 blocks.
Abigail TenNapel, Sr., Central Wisconsin Christian
TenNapel finished her junior season with 336 kills, 216 digs, 45 blocks and 37 aces. She was a first-team all-conference selection in the Trailways-East Conference.
Leah Vossekull, Sr., Mayville
Vossekull was a Flyway Conference unanimous first-team selection after a season with 214 kills, 71 blocks and 29 aces.
Abby Walta, Sr., Winnebago Lutheran
In Walta’s junior season she had 177 assists, 107 digs, 93 kills and 37 aces.
Ryley Warner, So., Lomira
Warner started her high school career with a season that included 200 digs and 24 aces.
Kaitlyn Winter, Jr., Fond du Lac
Winter finished her sophomore season as a Fox Valley Association honorable mention after having 226 digs, 126 kills and 37 aces.
Boys
Eddie Hays, Sr., Fond du Lac
Hays was a second-team all-conference selection in the Fox Valley Association.
Camden Monroe, Sr., Fond du Lac
Monroe was a first-team all-conference selection in the Fox Valley Association.
