Green Bay area high school sports results for Saturday, April 11

BASEBALL

Bay Port 9-5, De Pere 3-3

SUAMICO – The Pirates swept the Fox River Classic Conference doubleheader, winning 9-3 in the first game and 5-3 in the second game.

Quinn Boeckman pitched 5⅔ innings, allowed seven hits and struck out six to get the win in the first game. Parker Broehm pitched 1⅓ innings and struck out four.

Arthur Adams hit two home runs and drove in four runs. Carson Hawley had a double and a home run and drove in two runs. Ethan Orlando had two hits, including a double.

Max Zimmerman and Will Nikolay each had two hits and an RBI for De Pere.

Hawley pitched five innings to get the win in the second game. He allowed four hits and struck out 12 batters. Searin Mueller pitched the final two innings for the save. He allowed one hit and struck out five.

Cayden Heier had three hits, including a triple, for Bay Port. Eli Hart hit a home run and drove in three runs. Hawley and Drew LeClaire both added two hits.

Ryan Martin had two hits and an RBI for the Redbirds.

Notre Dame 21-21, Green Bay Southwest 0-0

GREEN BAY – The Tritons rolled to the FRCC doubleheader sweep over the Trojans.

Drew Magnuson was 3-for-3 with a double, two triples and six RBIs in the first game. Jacob Reineking was 3-for-5 with two doubles, a triple and two RBIs.

Reineking was the winning pitcher. He struck out 13 batters and did not allow a hit in five innings.

In the second game, Jackson Bouthilet had three hits, stole four bases and scored three runs. Kyan Redling had three hits, including two doubles, while Ty Bumgardner had two hits and drove in three runs. Reineking added two hits.

Miles Hunter pitched four innings to get the win. He allowed one hit and struck out 12 batters. He added two hits at the plate.

Pulaski 8-4, West De Pere 4-6

PULASKI – The Red Raiders and Phantoms split the FRCC doubleheader, with Pulaski winning 8-4 and West De Pere winning 6-4.

Kimberly 9, Seymour 0

KIMBERLY – Three Papermakers pitchers combined to pitch a three-hit shutout in the nonconference win over the Thunder.

Braeden Hermes pitched four innings to get the win. He allowed two hits, walked one and struck out three. Pierson Hacker pitched two innings, allowed one hit and struck out two. Drew Furman pitched one inning to finish the shutout.

Hacker had three hits, including a triple, and drove in a run for Kimberly. Will Vander Loop had two hits and two RBIs, and Maddux Hermus also had two hits.

SOFTBALL

De Pere 5, Slinger 2

DE PERE – The Redbirds scored three runs in the fifth inning to take a 4-1 lead in the nonconference win over the Owls.

Payton Spaeth had two hits, including a home run, and drove in four runs for De Pere. Jaelyn Craig had three hits, including a triple, and scored two runs for the Redbirds.

Brooke Destache pitched 5⅓ innings to get the win. She allowed four hits, one run (unearned) and struck out four.

Kimberly 7, Denmark 1

KIMBERLY – The Papermakers scored six runs in the first inning in the nonconference win over the Vikings.

Olivia Paveletzke had a two-run single in the first inning. Neveah Honick, Chloe Biese and Bella Ellestad also had RBI singles in the inning for Kimberly.

Sophie Hermus and Paige Schreck each had two hits for Kimberly.

Ellestad was the winning pitcher. She pitched a complete game, surrendered five hits and struck out one.

Hazel Fields had two hits for Denmark. Rebekah Dittmer drove in the only run.

GIRLS SOCCER

Notre Dame 3, D.C. Everest 1

SCHOFIELD – Serene Adamski had a goal and an assist for the Tritons in the victory over the Evergreens at the D.C. Everest Tournament.

Evelyn Myrda and Teya Bordini also scored for Notre Dame. Lillia Stachura and Charlee King both added assists.

Notre Dame goalie Stella Boye made one save.

Keaton Dauk of Pulaski took first in the 200-meter dash in 23.20 seconds, first in the 110 hurdles in 15.47 seconds and first in the 300 hurdles in 40.66 seconds.

Pulaski’s Arden Gillen took first in the 3,200 in 10:19.52. Pulaski’s Bohdan Schmidt won the long jump with a leap of 21-0.5.

Pulaski was first in the 800 relay in 1:33.79 with Max Fredrickson, Sawyer Goodness, Andre Burnett and Kam McKeefry.

Denmark’s Alexander Rozum was first in the shot put with a toss of 52 feet, 6 inches.

Garrett Lefevre of Kewaunee was first in the discus with a throw of 149-1.

Keonte Thigpen of Menasha took first in the 100-meter dash in 11.70 seconds.

Menasha was first in the 400 relay in 44.42 seconds with Zane Tank, Logan Bivens, Thigpen and Marquell Brown.

Wrightstown’s Alex VanHelvoirt won the high jump with a leap of 6-4. The Tigers’ Sam Haven won the triple jump with a leap of 40-2.

Oliver Carmody of Sturgeon Bay won the pole vault with a leap of 12-6.

Denmark’s Ella Denor took first in the 100-meter dash in 12.81 seconds and first in the 200 in 26.31 seconds.

Pulaski’s Maggie Gerth won the 1,600 in 5:22.75 and the 3,200 in 11:28.83. Aubrey Omernik of Pulaski won the 100 hurdles in 17.78 seconds. The Red Raiders’ Olivia Sprangers won the long jump with a leap of 15-7.75.

London Dockum of Wrightstown won the 400 in 1:02.41.

Pulaski took first in the 400 relay in 53.13 seconds with the team of Addison Krueger, McKenna McKeefry, Megan Kraft and Faye Brunke.

Denmark was first in the 800 relay in 1:47.50 with Lillian Sosnosky, Ella Ovsak, Riley Guns and Denor.

Kewaunee won the 1,600 relay in 4:21.17 with Noelie El Kout, Natalie Miller, Kaylyn Martin and Hannah Miller.

Natalie Miller was also a winner in the pole vault with a leap of 8-6, while Hannah Miller won the triple jump with a leap of 33-1.

Kiera Adams-McIntosh of NEW Lutheran won the shot put with a toss of 35-11.5.

Anna Maass of Menasha won the high jump with a leap of 4-10.
