TOWN OF BEAVER DAM – A 31-year-old Town of Beaver Dam man was arrested July 1 after authorities executed a drug search warrant as part of a long-term investigation, according to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
The man was arrested after the Dodge County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force served the warrant in the Town of Beaver Dam.
The sheriff’s office said the following charges will be referred to the Dodge County District Attorney’s Office: manufacture or delivery of cocaine or cocaine base; maintaining a drug trafficking place; possession with intent to manufacture or deliver more than 40 grams of cocaine; possession with intent to deliver 100 to 500 grams of psilocybin; possession of THC; possession of a controlled substance; possession of hallucinogenic and stimulant drugs; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of an illegally obtained prescription.
Authorities said they seized firearms, magazines, ammunition, a large amount of suspected cocaine, hallucinogenic mushrooms, THC products and a large amount of U.S. currency from the residence.
The search warrant concluded a several-month investigation by the task force, according to the sheriff’s office.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and Beaver Dam Police Department collaborated on the case.
The man was being held in the Dodge County Jail on a probation hold, the sheriff’s office said.
