According to the announcement, Lown now oversees hospital operations and works with Aspirus leadership to support efficiency and align the hospital with Aspirus Health’s mission to deliver high-quality and patient-centered care while building strong relationships and partnerships with providers, staff and community members.

Lown said he is excited to serve the Wisconsin Rapids community.

“I am looking forward to serving in the wonderful community of Wisconsin Rapids for an organization who prioritizes quality care, patient relationships and long-term community wellness,” Lown said in the Aspirus Health news release. “The mission as well as the kind team drew me to Aspirus Health, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the important work ahead.”

Chris Squire, the president of Aspirus Southwest Division, said Lown has extensive and diverse experience in health care management.

“What I’m truly excited about is his thoughtful approach to engagement with providers, staff, patients and the community at large,” Squire said. “He will be a great fit not only by virtue of his work ethic but also by his ability to connect with others.”

According to the release, Aspirus leaders expect Lown to enhance service in Wisconsin Rapids and help Aspirus support community wellness.
