Division 2 regional finals
Xavier 5, Seymour 2
SEYMOUR – The Hawks scored five runs in the fourth inning in the victory over the Thunder.
Kyler Bleck pitched a complete game for Xavier. He allowed six hits, walked one and struck out four batters.
Bleck also had a three-run double in Xavier’s five-run inning.
Gavin Wiese and Quinn Comerford each had two hits for Xavier.
Seymour got a run-scoring single from Owen Linsmeyer and a sacrifice fly from Zeke Burton in the top of the fifth inning.
Little Chute 4, Denmark 2
LITTLE CHUTE – The Mustangs scored two runs in the sixth inning to take a 4-1 lead and held off the Vikings’ rally in the seventh for the regional final win.
Little Chute finished with five hits in the game, while Denmark had six.
David Dittmer and Caden Kersten each had two hits for Denmark. Ozzie Enz and Caden Peterson had RBIs.
Waupun 5, Winneconne 0
WAUPUN – Sutton Nelson and Emmett Hull combined to pitch a three-hit shutout to lead the Warriors to the victory over the Wolves.
Nelson pitched six innings, allowed three hits and struck out 12 batters. Hull pitched a hitless inning and struck out one.
Hull also had two hits and an RBI for Waupun.
Winneconne got a double from Dallas Walker and singles from Lucky Pahl and Aaron Zimmer.
Waupaca 4, North Fond du Lac/Oakfield 3
WAUPACA – The Comets scored a run in the seventh inning to break a 3-3 tie for the regional final victory.
North Fond du Lac/Oakfield scored two runs in the first inning and one in the second.
Waupaca scored one run in the second, third and fifth innings.
Division 3 regional finals
Brillion 7, Bonduel 4
BRILLION – The Lions scored two runs in the third inning, two in the fourth and three in the sixth in the regional final win over the Bears.
Joe Shimek had two hits, including a triple, and two RBIs for Brillion. Hayden Cousin added two hits, while Landon Mathes and Chase Braun each had a double and two RBIs. Kelvin Gilbertson also hit a double.
Mathes pitched four innings to get the win. He allowed six hits, three runs (two earned) and struck out one. Braun pitched three innings, gave up three hits, one run and struck out four.
