A new industrial development is coming to Northeast El Paso.
Sky Park El Paso is a master-planned industrial project that will offer all of the amenities required for successful local and regional logistics operations.
Sky Park is a Class A warehouse project offering companies a central location to access the regional labor pool and easy access to the area’s highway system.
Where is it?
Sky Park El Paso is located at 205 Walter Jones Blvd. in Northeast El Paso, according to the city’s permits and licensing page.
The site is located just off Spur 601, adjacent to the El Paso International Airport and the TJX/Marshall’s distribution center. The project encompasses multiple lots in the area.
What was there before?
The new Sky Park El Paso is being built on a vacant lot in Northeast El Paso.
The project includes multiple buildings, with Phase 1 of the construction project including two warehouses, one 443,975 square-foot cross dock and a 192,417 square-foot rear loading dock.
The project will eventually include a total of seven buildings.
Who is the contractor?
The project is a collaboration with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, and Green Point Property Company. With multiple buildings under construction, multiple groups are working at the site, including El Paso Trenchless Solutions LLC and DS Companies LLC.
The project is valued at $28 million.
